SoundStorm is the award-winning Music Education Agency for the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole conurbation, in South West England. Set within the new BCP Council, we are the lead partner of the BCP Music Education Hub working with a range of cultural organisations and freelance educators both locally and nationally to enrich the school music curriculum.

SoundStorm have developed a national reputation for exciting, groundbreaking music education projects. These projects are developed through a variety of partnerships; with music and education sector partners as well as through a close association with our sister organisation wave arts education and the Cultural Hub.
SoundStorm was founded in 2002 by Dan Somogyi and Steve Harris, who were both deliberately recruited from non-formal music backgrounds.
