The students began by reading the story of The Gingerbread Man, then began to create their own exploits based on the original tale, after taking a bus ride and a trip to Bournemouth Gardens.
Working with Sam Mason of Coda, all of the students in year 1…
- creatively interpreted the Gingerbread Man’s travels to music in a series of musical compositions and performed using spoken word, singing, percussion and instruments
- composed and performed an original song based on their interpretation of the Gingerbread Man’s adventures
